    Just comfortable clothes. Mats and props are available at the studio.

    Absolutely. All our classes are open level unless stated otherwise.

  • I’m not flexible — can I still do yoga?

    Yes! Flexibility is not a requirement — it’s a result of practice.

  • What language are classes taught in?

    Most classes are in English, sometimes Danish depending on the group.

  • When should I arrive?

    Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

  • Is there a changing room?

    Yes, we have changing facilities but no showers.

  • Can I drop in without a membership?

    Yes. We offer drop-in rates as well as class passes and memberships.

  • What if I’m pregnant or injured?

    Let the teacher know before class so they can offer modifications.

  • Do you offer hot yoga?

    No, our classes are held at room temperature to support steady, mindful movement.
