Rooted in Copenhagen, open to all.

Flow Copenhagen is more than a yoga studio — it’s a space to move, breathe, and let go. Founded by Chris, Flow was created as a sanctuary for real people with real lives. A place where yoga is less about perfect poses and more about showing up as you are.

Built around a sense of shared energy rather than hierarchy, Flow invites everyone into the room — no pressure to perform, no need to fit a mold. Whether you’re in a Reverse Dragonfly Split or a Sleeping Yogi, you belong. Humor, humility, and raw authenticity are part of the experience.

At Flow, yoga isn’t a performance. It’s a release. A grounding. A reminder that we all move through life a little differently — and that’s the point.

What we believe

  • Yoga is for everyone — all levels, all bodies, all backgrounds

  • Breath and movement are tools for release, balance, and presence

  • Individual expression > uniform perfection

  • Awkward transitions, honest effort, and unexpected laughter are part of the practice

  • The strength of a studio lies in its community, not its leader

  • Yoga is not for likes — it’s for life

The studio space

We’re tucked into a quiet spot in central Copenhagen. The studio is calm, minimal, and light-filled — with space to move and breathe. Mats and props are provided. Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable. We’ll take care of the rest.

Accessibility & Inclusivity

We welcome every body, identity, and experience. Flow is a space where you don’t need to fit in to belong. You can show up exactly as you are — new or experienced, confident or uncertain — and be part of the room.

Our language is inclusive, our vibe is human, and our teachers meet you where you are. We believe in making yoga accessible, approachable, and rooted in real life. Whether you’re here to challenge yourself or just take a breath, you’re always welcome.
